WebMediaBrands Acquires TVSpy.com
(New York, NY - November 17, 2010) WebMediaBrands (Nasdaq: WEBM) today announced that it has acquired the website TVSpy.com from Vault, Inc. TVSpy will become part of the Mediabistro blog network. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
